CRIMINAL DEFENSE DIVISION:
When a client faces criminal prosecutions, they often start well before their arrest or first court appearance. Therefore, if they are going to be ready to fight their case, they need to develop a defense strategy early. Our Criminal Defense Division, will develop a legal defense, develop the facts, and pursue a legal theory of the case that will give our clients the best possible outcome. We win cases because we plan to.
In order to ensure our commitment to our clients, Candidates who qualify for the Associate Attorney position in our Criminal Defense Division include individuals who will be a graduate of law school, or have been a practicing attorney for less than 3 years, and licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin. Furthermore, candidates should be able to demonstrate strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Finally, candidates must be able to multitask, work independently and with attorneys and other staff, to provide support where needed.
Salaried: $50,000 – $55,000
